Place your first call
Using our Presence-server, you will see
in the left section of the screen a list
of all the registered users.
Noticed that a user which circle in green
indicates that this user is on-line. Just

Scheduling a meeting
to create meeting among the registered users as well as any external participant we desire to invite.
If you wish to send an invite, create a meeting at the

Enter the name of the meeting at "Meeting name", then select a date
and time and at "Add participant" just enter the email address
(or mobile phone number) of the participant you wish to invite, and then
finish by pushing the "ENTER" key.
Once you finish filling all the meeting info, click on "Save & send",
and you will see in the left section that a meeting has been created, showing the following screen:
At the meantime, our system will send the invitation via email to the
mailbox of the external participant you entered (or an SMS in case we
have a mobile phone number.
Open the email or SMS and click on "this link" and a video-session will be opened.
At this time, the external participant is ready to receive and incoming
video from the registered user who sent the invitation. In order to
initiate this video-call, you must go to the meeting section of the
registered user and just click on meeting entry created. You will see
the following screen:
and a video call will be established between the registered user and the external participant.
